  • A 50% deposit is due at contract signing — remaining balance due day of service or within 24 hours of invoice

How do I prepare for my organizing session?

No major preparation needed — just a few simple things that help us hit the ground running. If we’re working in your closet, having laundry done beforehand is helpful. If we’re tackling your kitchen or pantry, having groceries stocked and dishes clean ensures we can design around your actual everyday items. Beyond that, just show up as you are — we handle everything else.

Do I need to clean or buy anything before you arrive?

Not at all — in fact we prefer to see your home exactly as it naturally functions. This helps us design solutions that work for your real life, not just a staged version of it. There’s no need to tidy up or feel embarrassed. We’ve seen it all and we’re here with zero judgment and a clear plan forward.

Who provides the organizing supplies?

It’s completely up to you! Some clients prefer to purchase their own supplies based on our recommendations, while others love the ease of having us source and shop for everything through our concierge shopping service. Either way, supply costs such as bins, hangers, and specialty items are additional and will be discussed during your consultation so there are no surprises.

Do you work alone or bring a team?

Most projects are led by Nathalie alongside her team for maximum efficiency and momentum. For smaller projects it may be just Nathalie or just her team depending on the scope and your preference. Either way every project receives the same concierge-level attention, expertise, and care from start to finish.

Do you provide cleaning services?

We do light surface cleaning of the areas we organize — such as wiping down shelves before restocking them — as part of our standard service. However we don’t provide housecleaning services such as laundry, scrubbing bathrooms, or mopping floors. Our focus is creating beautiful, functional organizing systems that transform how your space looks, feels, and works.

Do you also offer Feng Shui consultations?

Absolutely! As a Certified Feng Shui Consultant®, Nathalie brings Feng Shui principles into every organizing project. We also offer standalone Feng Shui consultations for clients who want to go deeper — assessing your home’s energy flow, identifying blocks, and creating an intentional environment that supports your clarity, abundance, and peace. It’s the perfect complement to any organizing service.
