  • Sessions have a 4-hour minimum.

  • 50% deposit due at contract signing; balance due day of service (or within 24 hours of invoice).

  • Supply costs (bins, hangers, specialty items) are additional.

  • Parking and Travel fees may apply (distances over 15 miles – travel time – mileage fees apply)​

Absolutely not. Everyone collects and holds onto things over time—it’s simply part of life. Our role is to support you without judgment, helping you identify what truly adds value to your home and letting go of what no longer serves you.

Do I have to throw everything away?

No. You decide what stays and what goes. We guide you with thoughtful questions, help you identify what’s most important, and make it easy to release what no longer has a purpose—in the most eco-friendly way possible.

How do I know my home will stay organized after you leave?

We don’t just “tidy up.” We create sustainable systems tailored to your lifestyle. You’ll leave with tools and strategies to maintain your space long term. And if life gets busy, we’re here with ongoing support, refresher sessions, or membership options to help you stay on track.

Do I need to clean or buy anything before you arrive

Not at all. It’s important for us to see your home as it really functions so we can design solutions that last. There’s no need to tidy up or be embarrassed—we’ve seen it all, and we’re here to help.

Do you provide cleaning services?
We do light surface cleaning of the areas we organize (such as wiping shelves), but we don’t provide housecleaning services like laundry, scrubbing bathrooms, or mopping floors.

Do you also offer Feng Shui consultations?
Yes! We offer Feng Shui consultations to align your space with intention and clarity—creating energetic balance in addition to functional organization.

Is my privacy protected?

Yes. Client confidentiality is a cornerstone of our work. We adhere to the American Society of Professional Organizers (ASPO) Code of Ethics, which means your information is never shared. You can trust that your privacy, home, and story are respected at every step.
